Property description

direct sea situation and entrance to the sea. From the apartments and the natural stone terrace they have great sea view (see evening tendency, photo made from the window). on the terrace (ca.80m2) there are a large table + 2 banks. ·the sea and the terrace reach you by means of the staircase house. ·absolute one calm and singular panorama situation (see photo with arrow), since the house is because of the end of a dead end and also at the end of the peninsula Rovinj. ·a small boat (until ca.5 m) can be fastened also directly before our house/terrace, with your own buoy. With larger boats we recommend the Marina the ca.15 minutes to foot far away from us lie. ·no cars in the old part of town (car-free zone), therefore calm/romantic small lanes. · A small flint beach (especially for infant) find to 350 m of our house below “hotel Rovinj”, additional wonderful quiet places, specielly use for swim (100-350 m from our house, look red area) Parkingplace-Situation: ROVINJ DECIDED FOR a CAR-FREE OLD TOWN (more security , no noise and smelling or contamination). YOU DRIVE TO ENTRY BARRIERS (before the last large parking lot beside the sea) AND ASK BY THE PARKING-CASSA FOR THE TRANSPORTSERVICE (= 3.- € PER SHIPMENT +38552813456 // +385996002702). YOUR BAGAGE WILL BE SHIP TO OUR HOUSE SOON AS POSSIBLE. OR Y CALL FROM THERE a TAXI (ca.12.-€, Tel = 052-811100 // 098-211729) THAT CAN DRIVE INTO THE OLD PART OF TOWN TO EACH TIME. ALSO Y CAN GET FOR SMALL CHARGES OTHER POSSIBILITIES OF TRANSPORT, OR YOU HAVE A SMALL CARRIAGE FOR TRANSPORT YOURSELF! AFTERWARDS PARKS IT YOUR VEHICLE ON ONE OF THE LARGE PARKING LOTS BESIDE THE SEA BEFORE THE OLD PART OF TOWN (see below map with “P”). YOU FIND THERE AGAINST FEE, GUARDED PARKING PLACE (about 0,80 €/hour). PARKING PLACE WITHOUT COSTS = BESIDE FISH FACTORY “MIRNA” or former “OLD TRAIN-STATION” . FROM THE PARKING TO OUR HOUSE THERE 10-15 GOING MINUTES! The chargeable parking lots are unfortunately still very expensive. Most guests park the vehicle on public free parking lots near former “OLD TRAIN-STATION” or surround. On foot approx.. 5-10 minutes longer than with the chargeable lots. Till now never we had problems, but shall be not a warranty for any damage or problems in future.

Sportliche Aktivitäten, wie Radfahren, Wandern, Tennis, Surfen, Tauchen, usw..., können das ganze Jahr betrieben werden. Ein Eldorado für Radfahrer (Mountainbike und Straßenrad), da sie viele Kilometer ausgebauter Fahrradwege direkt am Meer und landeinwärts vorfinden. Jede Art von Wasser- und Ball-Sport sowie Animation für jung und alt, finden Sie in den verschiedenen Freizeitanlagen am Meer; ca. 1-6 km von unserem Haus entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto einfach zu erreichen.
Location description Rovinj (16000 Einw.), vielleicht die schönste Stadt an Istriens Küste, liegt auf einem Hügel, der einmal eine Insel war und seit 1763 mit dem Land verbunden ist. Überragt wird Rovinj von der großen Barockkirche Sveta Euphemia und ihrem von weither sichtbaren 60 m hohen Campanile. Rovinj ist viel besucht, vor allem ist sie auch ein beliebter Treffpunkt von vielen verschiedenen Künstlern. Seine subtropische Vegetation, derentwegen die Halbinsel Molin zum Nationalpark erklärt wurde, seine Nadelwälder, seine vielen Kies- und Felsstrände, besonders auch die 13 vorgelagerten Inselchen, ziehen von Jahr zu Jahr mehr Besucher an.
