Das Ferienhaus "Kornelia" liegt ein einer ruhigen Gartenanlage des Kur- und Badeortes Goldstrand an der Küste des Schwarzen Meeres. Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt 600 m. Wohnung 2 befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und besteht aus einem Wohn/Schlafzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Toilette und ist für maximalt 5 Gäste geeignet. Die Küche ist eingerichtet mit einer 2flammigen Plattenkocher, einer Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck und fließend kaltem und warmen Wasser. Für die mit dem PKW anreisenden Gäste steht auf dem Grundstück ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, die mit dem Flugzeug anreisenden Urlauber werden gegen Gebühr am Flughafen Varna erwartet. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich mehrer Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf, aber auch Restaurants und Discotheken sind in der Nähe. Bis zum Zentrum von Goldstrand sind es etwa 2 km, die Bushaltestelle ist etwa 300 m entfernt. Die Wohnung hat SAT-Empfang, außerdem steht allen Gästen eine Terrasse sowie der Garten zur Verfügung.
