"Porfyrios" ist das einzige Gasthaus im Dorf Choirokoitia und es handelt sich um ein ursprüngliches Dorfhaus. Spezialisierte Architekten und Facharbeiter haben mit viel Erfahrung und Sachverstand das Haus renoviert und den herkömmlichen Stil gewissenhaft wieder hergestellt. Das Ambiente vergangener Zeiten wurde geschickt wieder ins Leben gerufen, ohne dabei auf versteckt eingebaute moderne Annehmlichkeiten zu verzichten. Das doppelstöckige Natursteindorfhaus liegt im Herzen der Gemeinde Choirokoitia. Die insgesamt 6 gemütlichen Appartements teilen sich einen Swimming Pool mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen.
