Object desciption:
Our holiday residence is located above Germignaga near Luino in a quietful area. Due to the local infrastructure each apartment has view to the Lake Maggiore. The residence with 7 floors has a shared swimming pool (6 m x 16 m), a paddling pool for children, a lawn, a play ground, a tennis court, table tennis, a restaurant and bread bringing service. Breakfast and half board can be ordered at the restaurant. To the residence belongs a lift enabling to carry the luggage. A large car park is located at the rear of the building.

Room description:
The three room apartment on the ground floor consists of a living/dining room, two bedrooms with a double bed each or two single beds, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bath tub incl. shower and WC. SAT-TV, terrace with outside furniture.
