100-year-old estate in the Auvergne
A more than 100-year-old estate in the Auvergne with a number of double bedrooms and a recently renovated 2 persons apartment and a four persons apartment. The town have from old days, due to its health spa; recently extended with a heated indoor pool, which everyone can use at a cost. In the heart of the department, Puy de Dome is this lovely place, encircled by beautiful hills, rippling brooklets with waterfalls and various mountain lakes. All this forms part of a unbelievably beautiful area in France; the Auvergne. The place is situated in the Parc naturel des Vulcans d'Auvergne. A beautiful protected nature area with a rich flora and fauna.
During your hike you can discover rare and preserved types everywhere in Auvergne, and more in the particular in the two nature reserves of the valley of Chaudefour and of Sagnes de la Godivelle and in the two regional nature parks of the volcanoes of Auvergne and Livradois-Forez.
The 1465m high mountains Puy de Dome, a famous mountain for the Tour de France lovers. This is named after the area and is an important attraction for tourist in the summer.
