I have appreciated less As the apartment was on the top floor and built into the loft area, it did mean that there were some low ceilings in places.

I liked best Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage, so dass fußläufig alle zentralen Ort erreichbar sind. Dennoch: Garagenstellplatz sehr sinnvoll. Äußerst freundliche, hilfsbereite, warmherzige Vermieterin.
Leisure activities Luzern, der Vierwaldstätter See, Engelberg und Pilatus verhören sicher zu dem schönsten, was Europa, wenigstens aber die Schweiz zu bieten hat. So viele Markierungen kann man gar nicht angeben!

"Tolle Lage mit Seeblick, Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar, Wohnung exquisit eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet, Tiefgarage, äußerst nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin Hinweis: Zum Schlafen muß man die Fenster schliessen wegen der in der Nacht doch ein wenig störenden Autoverkehrsgeräusche, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber ruhig. Tagsüber kein Problem."

I liked best Christina Giulini who made us feel very welcome. She is wonderful. She had many helpful suggestions. The new expresso maker and pastry from the backerei started every day. This apartment in a residential building makes it a home away from home. It has wi-fi which is a bonus. Very nice furnishings.

Sommer Hiking on Pilatus and Rigi and the extensive system of boats, trains, cable cars, Post Autobus make for a great vacation.

Supermarket Coop in the train station with extended hours. Migros near the old town is accessible by walking or bus. Backerei have great pastries and breads. Movenpick Wine cellar was down the street with a great selection.
Restaurant Many nearby restaurants with local specialties, but a picnic in the apartment was a good option as well.
Market The fruit and vegetable market on Saturday morning had incredible produce, cheese, sausage and breads. The craft market on the first Saturday of the month had a good variety of high quality products.
Tourist Office Tourist office personnel were knowledgable and helpful.
Nature Lake
Lake The boat transportation on Lake Lucerne is extensive and well coordinated with the buses and trains. Highly recommended when your feet are tired of walking.

Hiking There are many maps available and wanderwegs and bergwegs for every fitness level.

Arts and crafts Market in the old town on the first Saturday of the month has a good selection.

I liked best wonderful view to the lake and mountains, nice to walk by the lake. kitchen well accessorized.
I have appreciated less water pressure in shower is a bit low.
Recommendable for we were a couple and had enough space. the eating table is cozy, the bed is very comfortable and big enough with clean and very nice bedding. there is a DVD and a few CD's in hand. a coffee machine, electric stove, oven, refrigirator, washing machine, all the dishes you need with new pans and pots, kettle and a few basic products like salt, oil etc. in the bathroom you can find good quality toilette paper and tissue paper, hair drayer and good quality clean towels, as many as you want., Couples, Seniors
Best travel time we visited in the winter (March). the view was fantastic and the apartment heating was perfect.

Getting there we took a taxi from the Lucern railway station as Christina the owner reccomended. it took anout 3 minutes to get there.it made sense with the bags and because we arrived late at night. it can be OK to take the bus, it's cheaper but less conveniate. it shoule be very easy to get there with a car., Car, Railway, Public transportation

"Es handelt sich um eine kleine Dachgeschosswohnung, 1.5-Zimmer, in einer ausgesprochen guter Lage neben dem Hotel Palace an der Haldenstrasse, 15 min zu Fuss (am Seeufer entlang) vom Luzerner Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle vorm Hotel Palace. Sonst: Parkhaus unterm Haus, ein Lift direkt in die Wohnung. Eine kleine Küche mit allen Geräten, WiFi problemlos, Fernseher mit einem DVD-Player, viele Schränke und... eine sehr intime, sehr private Atmosphäre."
