Casa Las Flores im Herzen Maros verfügt über sechs Apartments, die auf drei Stockwerke verteilt sind. Im Grundriss sind alle Apartments sehr ähnlich, und auch die Ausstattung ist im Wesentlichen übereinstimmend. Von der Eingangstür gelangt man in den Salon, der mit Esstisch, Schlafsofa und einen Wandschrank ausgestattet ist. Im oberen Stockwerk öffnet sich ein kleiner Balkon zur Hausvorderseite. Dem Salon schließt sich eine Küchenzeile an, die auch eine Waschmaschine besitzt. Schließlich gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und Kleiderschrank sowie ein Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne/Dusche. Die Fenster der Schlafzimmer öffnen sich zum inneren Lichthof. Im unteren Stockwerk gibt es von den Schlafzimmern einen Zugang zu dem kleinen Innenhof (Patio). Casa Las Flores eignet sich sehr gut für Gruppenreisen. In dieser Preiskategorie wird Ihnen ein Apartment im erdgeschoß angeboten. Alle Fenster im Haus sind doppelt verglast. Jedes Apartment verfügt über eine Klimaanlage (kalt/warm). Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine große Terrasse mit Dusche. Ein kleiner Pool zur Erfrischung oder für Kinder kann aufgestellt werden. Es stehen Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Tische zur Verfügung. Frühstücks-Service: Wir bieten Ihnen zusammen mit dem Café Entrada die Möglichkeit eines Frühstücks an. Das Café befindet sich an der Eingangsstraße zur Altstadt, in nur 80 Metern Entfernung von den Apartments. Es hat eine Außen- und Innenterrasse, je nach dem, wo Sie am liebsten sitzen wollen. Oder im Innenbereich selber, am Tisch oder an der Bar. Für 3 Euro bekommen Sie ein kleines Frühstück: Kaffee/Tee, Saft und belegtes Baguette. Sie können das Frühstück im Voraus oder bei uns vor Ort bestellen.
