It is linked by private road to the S.S. 14 ‘Strada Costiera’, the main road that runs between Duino (1km), Sistiana (1.5 km) and Trieste (15 km). All of these places have an abundance of Roman and medieval remains. It is also close to the castles of Duino, Miramare and San Giusto. The Residence complex is in a unique natural setting: with its position overlooking the sea and surrounded by greenery, it is a very special place, standing amid the silence and beautiful colours of this area. The Residence is in the middle of an area of attractive tourist resorts (Grado, Lignano and Venice) and is quickly reached from Austria and Slovenia. Built in 2010 with elegant finishings, it is equipped with all modern comforts and has its own large private beach with beach equipment THE PRIVATE BEACH can be reached directly from the flats The Residence has a large private beach which can be reached directly from the flats.Along the coast where the Residence stands are the mouths of the underground Timavo river, which keep the sea along the whole of this stretch of coast crystal-clear and clean. The beach is equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and sun beds for the use of the flats, as well as a bar-restaurant. There are some natural swimming pools along the beach with shallow water suitable for children The flats have a direct, intimate connection with the Adriatic and the crystalline blue of the sea is projected onto the living spaces The BIG flat is our biggest flat (about 40 m2) with a capacity of 2-4 or more beds. It’s located on the 4th floor and has large panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the sea. In this flat you will find a bathroom with shower, a cooking area, a parking space, air conditioning, satellite TV, an Internet connection and a private beach. It’s fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances and accessories: towels, fridge, bed sheets, blankets, pillows, crockery and cutlery, electric kitchen, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, etc
