Wer kennt nicht das bekannte Wahrzeichen Dänemarks – die „Kleine Meerjungfrau“. Die nach dem gleichnamigen Märchen von Hans Christian Andersen geschaffene Bronzestatue befindet sich in Kopenhagen. Es handelt sich dabei um die Kuppe des Ejer Baunehøj bei Skanderborg auf der Halbinsel Jütland.
