Der Ferienort Leopoldshagen liegt am Stettiner Haff in Mecklenburg - Vorpommern. Durch die Wald- und Wassernähe ist die Lage besonders günstig. Auf mehreren gut ausgeschilderten Rad- und Wanderwegen lässt sich die Natur hier pur erleben. Östlich von Leopoldshagen befindet sich Mönkebude mit einem sehr schönen Badestrand, wo auch Bootsfahrten angeboten werden. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der oberen Etage eines Familienhauses und ist über einen seperaten Eingang zu erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich eine ebenfalls seperate Sitzecke, welche jederzeit genutzt werden kann.
