A true one-of-a-kind is the Zilltertal Gipfel-Barfuß-Weg (barefoot peak path). The Spieljochbahn is the Zillertal's most family-friendly mountain, full of adventures. Little guests can make use of the large playground at the top station (with swings, slide, sandpit, climbing frame and trampoline) and a play area at the Arzjoch reservoir. Hiking in these mountains is a dream come true for all hikers, from beginners to passionate mountaineers; about 1000km of hiking trails (from easy to challenging), numerous Alpine lodges/huts and Jausenstationen (snack-bars), various themed-hikes, guided hikes, well-trained mountaineering and hiking guides and, of course, the grandiose peaks of the Zillertal mountains.
