Vom Appartement bis zur Ortsmitte mit den zahlreichen Geschäften,Bars und Restaurants sowie dem Sandstrand und dem Yachthafen von Porto Cristo sind es nur ca. 5 Gehminuten. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Terrasse(Wintergarten) wo Sommer wie Winter bis zu 8 Personen ausreichend Platz zum verweilen finden. Vom Wohnzimmer mit der offenen Küche oder der Terrasse hat man einen unbeschreiblichen Blick auf das offene Meer und dem Hafen von Porto Cristo.In den Sommermonaten kann man den ganzen Tag über die Fischerbote oder die großen Kreuzfahrtschiffe beobachten. Im WZ. , den 3 DSZ. und auf der Terrasse befinden sich TV-Geräte mit Sat-Anschluss ( Deutsche Programme )In den Schlafzimmern wurden extra eine Play -Station 2 ( Spiele sind vorhanden )oder ein DVD-Player installiert damit unsere jüngeren Gäste auch Beschäftigung finden. Die Wohnung wurde 2010 komplett renoviert und auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Die Ausstattung und die Beschaffenheit der Einrichtung ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Die 130 qm der Wohnung bieten ausreichend Platz um sich auch mal vom Rest der Fam. zu erholen. P.S. Der Vermieter akzeptiert keine Jugendgruppen.
