Fully furnished Apartment (95 m²) in Antalya, Turkey to let for tourists and short term visitors I rent in Antalya (Turkey) a fully furnished flat on a weekly or monthly basis to Tourists. (Families are welcome) The flat is situated in a safe area in the centre of Antalya facing the sea with a unique view on the sea and on the mountains. The flat is in the 7th floor of the apartment block (I live all year round in the same block on the 8th floor)and consists of two bed rooms, two bathrooms with a washing machine, one dining room, one living room, an office with an electric folding bed and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. All rooms have individual air conditioning. Additional to the above mentioned 95 m² living ground is a 21 m² balcony. The flat is equipped with Internet connection and Sat-TV (Astra and Hotbird) offering Programs in German, English, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Romanian, etc. Furthermore parking space is available at the site. For security reasons the entrance of the apartment block is video controlled. In the vicinity of the flat (less than 5 Minutes to walk) you find all kinds of shops as well as many restaurants and children’s playgrounds in the nearby parks. Quotations and conditions: € 450, 00 for the first week, any further week € 400, 00 are to be paid in advance. The prices for monthly and long-term renting vary according to season and have to be agreed upon individually. Airport transfer as well as Sat. TV and Internet are included in the above mentioned price. Optional services such as babysitter services are not included however available, if requested.
