The small cultivated summer house arrangement with pool is in direct sea situation and very near to the fine sandy beach of Tersanas near Akrotiri.

The cultivated resort Allianthos is above the nice sandy beach of Tersanas near Chania, on an approx. 12,000 square meter, very cultivated garden property with numerous Mediterranean plants, in nice exposed situation above the sea. An approx. 150 square meter pool with paddling pool for children for common use surrounded by full green and with nice sea view. A small pool bar at the side of the pool provides refreshments. Sunshades, sun benches and outside shower at the pool. The arrangement consist of 2 constructions with a total of 13 residential unities, separated well of each other, arranged at two levels.
All residential unities have air-conditioning, SAT- TV and a safe. A BBQ and a Cretan farm stove are for common use available for all unities. Child swing, sandpit. Parking place at the resort. Washing machine in the separate part of the house for common use.
Funtional apartment for 4 - 6 people. Comfortably furnished, built in 1990, renovated in 2006, approx. 50 square meters of living space, 2 bedrooms. Living/ dining room with 2 sofa beds. Open kitchen area with 2 hot plates, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

The city of Chania, economic and cultural centre of the region, was already settled in Mionic time. Centre of the townscape is the circular harbor, framed by a promenade with numerous cafés, taverns and nice house fronts. The townscape Chanias is dominated by winding lanes, nice villas and many small places, residues of the Romans, Byzantines, Venetians, Franconia and Ottomans. Chania is a starting point for a walking-tour through the Samaria gulch.
