Situation
Breaza is situated 95 km from Bucharest, the capital of Romania, at the entrance to Prahova Valley and is accessible by car via National Road 1 (DN1). Breaza is a balneal spa which is open all year round.
The villa is strategically located just 30 minutes away from the ski resort of Sinaia.
It is a new villa, completed in 2006. It can accommodate between 8 and 10 persons.
You can relax on the wide balcony of the first floor taking in the lovely scenery, or have a cup of tea on the ground floor terrace. Either way the atmosphere is perfect for an enjoyable morning or a relaxing evening.
The 1000 sqm garden is equipped with lights for use during the evening. You can enjoy a barbecue meal prepared on the garden grill and sip wine with your friends at the 16 seat gazebo.
In the vicinity there is: the only deluxe golf club in Romania which meets all European standards; tennis courts; a pool; horseback riding; paintball; ATV's; off road rally; bow shooting and archery.

Interior
This comfortable villa is suitable for 8 to 10 persons and has two levels: a ground floor and a first floor.
On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, each one approximately 20sqm; two bathrooms; and a terrace. On the ground floor there is another bedroom of approximately 15sqm and a bathroom, as well as a spacious and well-lit living room with TV, and a 12-person dining room. The kitchen, which is also located on the ground floor, is fully equipped for the number of guests. All of the rooms and bedrooms are nicely furnished and equipped.
The villa can be rented in wintertime as it is equipped with a central heating system and fireplace.

Surroundings
Considered the gateway to the beautiful Prahova Valley, this mountain station offers a unique combination of privacy and tourist-type activities. It is the perfect place to spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday - a place set apart from the stressful daily life of the city where you can recharge your batteries in a gorgeous mountain setting. Valued as a Romanian Davos, Breaza offers a moderate climate with chilly summers and sunny winters - it has a record number of sunny days per year.
Due to its geographical position, close to the surrounding highlands and the presence of rich vegetation, the humidity in Breaza is somewhat constant throughout the year. The air is considered to be very beneficial for aerotherapy.
There are several places of interest you should visit while in Breaza, as well as different possibilities for spending your time.
Trips to neighboring Predeal, Busteni, Sinaia, Azuga, where you can practice different sports or just relax. Also there is the possibility to visit famous castles and palaces as well as other buildings and museums, all of which are accessible in 1 hour. You can also visit the embroidery and ready-made clothes handicraft workshops.
In Breaza you have the possibility to take part in bike trips, on mountain bike marked trails, and the possibility of practicing winter sports such as skiing.
The nightlife in the resort is vivacious. Breaza is a wonderful place with lots of potential. You will never get bored as you venture out in search of new attractions and activities!
