Situation
This new, stunning complex, which consists of several attractive villas containing more than 100 apartments, was built in characteristic local style. The villas are surrounded by lush green nature and the elevated location provides a great view of the Bay of Arma di Taggia. The low-rise complex is situated near a panoramic restaurant, bar, tennis courts and spa pool (outdoor and indoor) and is encircled by a beautifully landscaped 9-hole golf course. Nearby you will find typical Ligurian places like Imperia, Alassio, Arma di Taggia and Ceriale. Both young and old are sure to have fun here! Some apartments are suitable for disabled persons (inquire in advance). Arma di taggia is an attractive seaside resort on the Ponente Riviera, between Imperia and Sanremo. With its promenade and beautiful sandy beaches it is an ideal destination for families. It is also an ideal starting point for making excursions, for example to Sanremo (10km away) or Imperia (20 km away).

Surroundings
Arma di Taggia is located between the cities of San Remo and Ventimiglia. The French Riviera is about 25 miles away. In this area you will find many medieval villages worth visiting such as Pigna and Dolce Aqua or the artist's village of Bussana Vecchia. Somewhere nearby, almost everyday, there is a nice market such as in San Remo, Oneglia and Bordighera. On Fridays you can go to Ventimiglia which has the biggest market in Italy. In summer, local villages organize open air events with music, dance and local delicacies. In Arma di Taggia you will find a supermarket, a number of good restaurants, a pharmacy and a garage. San Remo is situated a few miles away. One of its most famous attractions is the big casino, located in the town center. San Remo has many other interesting sights, from the town center to the coast. For nature lovers, the vast 'Alpi-Liguri' nature reserve, through which the Roya River flows, is sure to be an enjoyable afternoon outdoors. Here you can go hiking, rafting, canoeing, horseback riding or cycling. Along the coast there are many surf-sailing and diving schools, plenty of wide boulevards with sunny terraces and lots of restaurants and clubs.
