Situation
This park lies directly on the Wolderwijd, a shallow lake. This part of the Veluwe provides plenty of opportunity for sailing, surfing and fishing. The shallow water makes it suitable for small children. From the holiday park you can walk or cycle through the 3500 hectare Horsterwold, a large deciduous forest. Here you will find rare plants along with unique birds and even deer. You can also go for a relaxing bike ride through the beautiful polder landscape. The park consists of bungalows which are located near the beach and marina (as well as all the facilities of the park). Facilities include: a restaurant and terrace with lake view, bar, snack bar, bakery, supermarket, laundry, recreation room, internet and hotspot at the reception, beach with swimming area for small children, indoor pool (open daily), playground, aqua playground, play area, “fossil field”, sports, volleyball, mountain course, tennis courts, table tennis, bike rental, karts in the vicinity, slipway, catamaran beach, shed for storing surfboards and a marina.

Interior
This detached bungalow is suitable for 3 persons. The layout of the ground floor is as follows: a hall; separate toilet; and a living room with an open kitchen (with fridge / freezer, 4-burner stove with extraction fan and microwave plus complete dinnerware for the stated number of guests). The living room also has a dining table, seating area, color TV and fireplace. This bungalow has one bedroom (upstairs) furnished with 2 single beds. There is an additional sleeping space on the couch in the living room (for 1 person). Duvets, pillows and linen are included in the price. There is a bathroom equipped with a sink and shower. Furthermore, the bungalow has a garden. Outside on the terrace you will find ample garden furniture.

Surroundings
The harbor at the center has  berths for 200 boats (up to 10 meters in length). For smaller boats, there is a slipway for cars with trailers. The lake offers excellent opportunities for surfers. Catamarans and sailboats can be rented. You can also enjoy swimming, sunbathing and canoeing. There are numerous opportunities for children as well, including swimming, treasure hunts and a playground. A variety of water sports at the beach provide for a lively atmosphere. This is also a beach bar and restaurant which overlook the Wolderwijd. There is a wonderful outdoor water playground for children under 10 years of age. This water playground is open when the outside temperature exceeds 20 degrees Celsius. There is also an indoor pool which is open year round. There is a track for mountain bikers around the park. From RCN Zeewolde you have the possibility to take a number of interesting excursions, for example to: the Niew Land Erfgoedcentrum (New Land Heritage Center), with wonderful exhibitions on land reclamation from the former Zuiderzee and development of Flevoland; Elburg, Harderwijk and Spakenburg, atmospheric places on the Zuiderzee where much of the old fishing culture has been preserved; Harderwijk has the Dolphinarium, a great attraction for both young and old; and Walibi World, where you can experience the thrill of the modern roller coaster! 

Rental conditions

Young groups has to pay a deposit of € 100 per booking. This amount should be paid by arrival and the owner will pay this deposit back only if you leave the property in good condition.
Pets will be allowed solely upon prior agreement. You can bring a maximum of 1 pet, without exception. The fee for a pet is 7.50 euros per day per pet.

The shop on this park is opened from the Easter until the end of October. One day a week the shop is closed.
