This newly-built complex with 2 apartments and 1 studio is situated in the hilly landscape of Haspengouw, complete with bicycle route network and encircled by magnificent natural surroundings. For those who want to eat sweets on the sly there are red berries, raspberries and blackberries ripe for harvesting. Every day the hens lay fresh eggs for the guests. For a little peace and quiet try the small library or various available games. Other facilities include: a cellar with bicycle, table tennis room, washing machines and dryers, child bed and highchair, a gourmet set and a toaster.

Interior
This apartment, which is suitable for up to 4 persons (6 persons is possible with an optional sofa bed), is located on the 1st floor and overlooks the garden. The entire living area is about 50 m2. The apartment is warm and cozy. The living room has a sitting and dining area, TV and radio, plus a kitchen area with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is one bedroom suitable for 4 persons and furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. The apartment has a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.

Surroundings
This apartment is situated around a large garden from where you can enjoy magnificent views. The garden has a play area equipped with swings, a slide and sandbox. An ideal place for children to play while parents enjoy the flower garden complete with furniture and grill. Children will also like the go-karts and bicycle. In autumn and winter the host offers free guided tours for guests, in Montenaken Tongeren, Sint-Truiden and Landen. The landlord also organizes day trips to historic and cultural cities, fruit growers and tastings of local products as well as trips to some of the beautiful castles of Haspengouw.

Rental conditions
Internet available free of charge, upon request. Washer and dryer, gourmet and toaster - upon request. Baby wrap cushions, baby bath, child bed and high chair upon request. Bycicle rent half day 5 euro pp, whole day 8 euro pp. Breakfast adults: 7 pp pd, children 3-10 years: 3.50 pp pd, children below 3 years free of charge. You can arrive between 16.00 en 20.00 hrs. If you arrive later, please inform the owner timely by email or phone. Bookings for employees or long term rent possible upon request.
