Situated among a magnificent landscape with a view of the territory of Vercors Le Préalpes which includes the valleys of Isere and Ardèche! This renewed Gîte (accommodation) emerged from an old farm to offer guests all the modern comforts. The cottage sits alone on a hill, not far from a transit line. The hospitable owner lives in a cottage near your Gîte. You have your own entrance, garden and private sector. From the garden you have a view of the valley.

Interior
This renovated cottage has been awarded 4 stars from the Préfecture of Drôme. Spread over an area of 160 m2, with two floors, it consist of 3 bedrooms, a very spacious living and dining room which overlooks the valley, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, a work room (including computers with Internet connection, a television and DVD player) and a bathroom equipped with a shower massage and washer and dryer. There is also a second bathroom on the 1st floor (with a massage shower), a separate toilet and a game room for the children. The cottage is spacious and equipped with all the modern conveniences. You can also play table tennis.

Surroundings
Sunflowers and truffles are characteristic of this magnificent environment. Here you can set off on breathtaking hikes which allow you to soak up local culture. Despite the tranquil surroundings, you are only 20 minutes from the TGV railway station in Paris and 10 minutes from local small villages and their shops. In the surrounding area you can also go cycling (bring your own or rent one). An hour away you will find the land of nougat, in Montélimar. A visit to Facteur Cheval is a must for all lovers of art and architecture. Touron and Tain l'Hermitage are known for their long grape fields of Crozes, where you will also find many small castles, or you can lose yourself in the splendid art of cooking. Or how about a train ride in an old locomotive by Gorges in the Ardeche? Would you like to refresh yourself? Then the lake at Saint Donar provides the perfect opportunity. In the town of Romans-sur-Isère, capital of the shoe and fashion industry, you will find numerous museums. Affordable luxury clothing and shoes can be found on Marque Avenue. Looking for relaxation? You will find it in the lavender fields and small villages of the Drôme.
