Faszination Hessisches Bergland
Das Hessische Bergland ist ein reich bewaldetes Mittelgebirgsland. Es wird im Westen vom Rheinischen Schiefergebirge gegrenzt und im Osten vom Thüringer Becken. Die von breiten Tälern durchzogene Berg- und Hügellandschaft erstreckt sich ferner von Frankfurt am Main gen Norden ziehend über Kassel bis Hofgeismar. Die Gesamtregion wird einerseits in die Westhessische Berg- und Senkenlandschaft unterteilt und andererseits in das durch Vulkane geprägte Osthessische Bergland.
Beide geographische Landschaften werden durch die West-hessische Senke räumlich voneinander getrennt. Seine höchste geographische Erhebung findet das Hessische Bergland im Westen mit 675 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel im Wüstegarten und im Osten mit 950 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel in der Wasserkuppe.
Eines der wohl bekanntesten Urlaubs- und Ausflugsregionen im Hessischen Bergland ist wohl die Edertalsperre im Kreis Waldeck-Frankenberg samt ihrem Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Unsere Ferienhäuser sind seit 1997 zu vermieten. Sie haben jeweils 2 Schlafräume, einen großen Wohnraum mit einer nach Süden angrenzenden Terrasse.
Sie sind umgeben von einem großen Garten, der sowohl zum Erholen und Spielen als auch zum Grillen Platz bietet.
Die Einrichtung bietet komfort, die Ausstattung ist Geschmackvoll.
Schönes Geschirr, Telefon, TV, Radio, Kassetten- und CD-Player aber auch der Brötchenservice sind selbstverständlich.
Die Ferienwohnungen haben in der Ausstattung und Service den gleichen Standard. Sie befinden sich beide in unserem Wohnhaus, sind aber durch seperate Eingänge vollkommen von unserem Wohnbereich getrennt. Beide Wohnungen haben eigene Sitzplatze in unserem Garten.
