"Leider hat sich der Ortsteil in dem das Haus steht, nicht zum Vorteil entwickelt.Dafür sorgen ein ganzes Areal an neugebauten Appartementhäusern rund um das Objekt. Das heißt, das es ziemlich laut geworden ist.Gegenüber von unserem Appartement wurde gerade ein Neubau fertig gestellt, der zu 60%den Ausblick auf`s Meer verbaut. Pech für uns und den Vermieter.So ent- spricht das Bewerbungsfoto nicht mehr den Realitäten. Aus desem Grund können wir für dieses Haus keine Empfehlung aussprechen."
