Apartment of vacations type duplex. Located in a private urbanization in a hill at some 400m from the Beach. The urbanization has pool and tennis court. The distribution of the apartment is: The lower floor has: a well equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, kettle...) A Clean Living room with sofa-bed, Tv and Air conditioning. From the living room you can see the porch terrace with views. In the first floor the kitchen meets the bedroom and the bathroom with bidet and bathtub, as well as two terraces. The Urbanization is very well located to about 10 minutes walking from the Beach THE CANTAL, one of the most lively beaches and with most atmosphere and services of Mojacar. Sheets and towels are included. Linen change and weekly cleaning. Mojácar is a town of international tourism located near the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata. Mojacar possesses 17 km of natural Beach many of them secluded. Its half temperature during the whole year is from about 15 to 17 grades. One of the areas of more sun of all Spain. If you visit Mojacar you will be impressed by its picturesque history, streets and landscape loaded with legends of the time of the Spain Muslim-Jews. The services of the new Mojacar are excellent and very complete. It is possible to enjoy all type of aquatic sports and to play to the Golf in different fields all located very few Kilometers of the apartment. Mojácar is an intelligent choise, to enjoy the beach, and to have a good time at night for the great atmosphere that one breathes in this town.
