Property description

Sehr zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung mit Meer- und Bergblick. Das 60qm-Apartment liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Vom großen 10 qm-Balkon mit seinen 2 Markisen schaut man auf das Meer und das Tramuntanagebirge. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist mit einer sehr schönen offenen amerikanischen Küche ausgestattet. Die 2 Schlafzimmer liegen zur Meerseite, so daß bereits der erste Blick am Morgen auf das Meer gerichtet werden kann. Das Bad ist sehr geschmackvoll mit weißen Kacheln gefliest. Paguera liegt ca. 30 km von Palma im Südwesten der Insel. Durch das angrenzende Tramuntanagebirge liegen die Temperaturen etwas über dem Inseldurchschnitt. Die umliegenden Pinienwälder laden zum Wandern ein. Mitten durch den Ort zieht sich der Bulevar, die Fußgängerzone. Flanieren, Einkaufen oder ein Besuch in einem der vielen Restaurants. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 50 Meter vom Bulevar und ca. 100 Meter (durch die Anlage) vom herrlichen Sandstrand der Bucht Palmira entfernt. Obwohl so zentral gelegen, ist es doch angenehm ruhig. Das Wohnzimmer und der Balkon bilden durch Öffnung der großen Balkontür eine Einheit. Zwecks Frischluft sind in jedem Zimmer (außer dem Bad) Ventilatoren unter der Decke angebracht. Der öffentliche Parkplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 2 Gehminuten). Wir hoffen, daß unseren Gästen dieser kurze Weg nicht zu weit ist. In der Nebensaison Sonderpreise für Langzeiturlaub (ab 4 Wochen)!
