Apartment House with multifunctional Apartments ( Holiday-Business Residence) on 60 square meters with own balcony and fully equipped kitchen ( Refrigerator /Ice Box , oven and cooker, microwave,
coffee machine , electric kettle , toaster and dish set for 6 people). 2 separate rooms with one double bed (160x200cm) and 1 sleeping couch (140x200cm) if required an extra bed (100x200cm) among other things .Large plasma flatscreen tv with dvd player , cd player, safe and security door, alarm clock, working desk with computer and free high speed internet access and WLAN. Bathroom with towels hair dryer shower or bathtub.
The Apartments are very allergy friendly because of the floorboards (no carpet), high quality cold foam mattresses, mattress protection and mattress cover, synthetic pillows and quilts (no feathers ) ,and not secondary the cotton wool bed covers which can be washed at 90°C
The Apartments are shared from the ground up to the 4th floor in an old charming Berlin building.
There is free parking on the side of the street in front of the apartment house. Good transport connection (U6 Seestraße and U9 Amrumer Straße). Pets are not aloud, due to the allergy friendly apartments.
All Apartments are non smoking, but it is permitted on the balconies
