Urlaub im Freistaat Sachsen
Der Freistaat Sachsen liegt im Osten von Deutschland. Wie auch schon Bayern und Thüringen trägt auch das Land Sachsen den Beinamen „Freistaat“. Er steht analog zum Begriff Republik. Umschlossen wird das Land von Brandenburg, Sachsen-Anhalt, Thüringen, Bayern, der Tschechischen Republik und Polen. Seine Landeshauptstadt ist die Stadt Dresden, die aufgrund ihrer reichen Kunstsammlungen und beeindruckenden Baudenkmäler auch als das „Elbflorenz“ bezeichnet wird.
Sachsen hat eine Fläche von rund 18,4 Tsd. qkm, auf der 4,3 Millionenen Einwohner leben. Betrachten wir die topographischen Gegebenheiten, so besteht der Freistaat Sachsen aus Mittelgebirge, Hügelland und Flachland. Seine höchste geographische Erhebung erfährt der Freistaat mit 1.215 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel im Fichtelberg.

This is a 3 Bedroom loft flat with 87 squaremeters. Main bedroom with double bed, the two other bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a table with chair. The big living room is including the kitchen with dishwasher. The height in the living room is about 4,80 meters in the middle. The balks of the roof give the room a comfortable atmosphere. The sofa contains a studio couch. There is also a studio couch in the attic above one of the bedrooms. The bathroom has a washing machine wich can be used by the guests. Please note there are costs for final cleaning of approx. EUR 40, payable on site.
Meißen is famous for the porcelain, which is a very old tradition known all over the world. I also recommend the dome, the castle "Albrechtsburg", Schloss Siebeneichen and the old town of Meißen.
