This floating holiday home has all the appearance of a nostalgic 1920?s house. It has a tiled roof, chimney, weather-boarding and a terrace with casement doors. The nostalgic exterior encloses a modern interior with every convenience. There is a spacious bathroom, kitchen, pleasant living room and a surprising number of sleeping areas. There are spacious front and back decks. A sturdy flagpole completes the picture. The floating holiday home can be hired in various locations in the Netherlands. The sailing areas run from the IJssel, the inland lakes and the Grevelingen area to the Frisian lakes. These areas are perfect for escaping the everyday hustle and bustle and for enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. The spacious terraces on the front and back decks are ideal for relaxing. You can moor easily with the floating holiday home at any location and enjoy the birdlife and views of the banks. The sailing area around the IJssel is an ideal way to discover the Netherlands from the water. There are numerous options for days out in the area. The Hanseatic cities of Deventer, Doesburg and Zutphen are nearby. Arnhem, Apeldoorn and Doetinchem are also in the vicinity. You do not need a sailing licence, but you should have some sailing experience. During instruction it will be determined if this is sufficient for you to use the floating holiday home. The floating holiday home can also be hired moored in the harbour. The service costs cover final cleaning, gas bottles, insurance and instruction. After your stay the floating holiday home will be filled with petrol and checked. These costs will be covered by the deposit. After your stay, the Flark will checked and refueled. Costs of refueling will be taken off your security deposit and the balance will be paid into your bank account. Please leave your IBAN and BIC code for the attention of the owner of the Flark. You should bring a quilt or a sleeping bag yourself. Or hire one for 12 Euro per person.
