Grüezi und Willkommen im Ferienhaus Schweiz

Wer kennt nicht den berühmten „Rütli-Schwur“ aus dem Jahre 1291, als sich der lose Staatenbund zu einer geschlossenen Eidgenossenschaft einschwor. Das kleine Alpenland Schweiz liegt im Herzen Europas und ist zwischen den Ländern Italien, Frankreich, Liechtenstein, Österreich und Deutschland angesiedelt. Die Schweiz besticht durch seine landschaftliche Vielfalt, vor allem seiner beeindruckenden Bergwelt, und lockt jedes Jahr eine Vielzahl von Ferienhaus-Urlaubern an. Gleich ob es ihn zum berühmten Rheinfall zu Schaffhausen, den Genfer See oder zum Wintersport-Paradies um das Matterhorn herum zieht. Die höchste geographische Erhebung in der Schweiz ist die Dufourspitze im Monte-Rosa-Gebirgsmassiv mit 4.634 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Daneben gibt es im schweizerischen Alpenland noch weitere hohe Gipfel – genau genommen 74 Viertausender in der Zahl.

Our apartment is located on the beautiful, sunny side of Scuol. One can enjoy the beautiful view of the lower Engadine’s mountain ranges. A free bus will take you to the lower station of the Motta Nalun’s ski area. The bus stop is located within a couple of minutes walking distance. The wellness bath, ‘Bogn Engiadina’ (Spa), is reachable within a few minutes by foot or by bus.

Scuol is a famous vacation location with many possibilities for summer and winter sports. It also has mineralwater springs and spas. The climate is very mild and dry. Romanisch and german are the two main languages spoken. Scuol lies in the lower Engadine, not far away from Austria and Italy. The duy-free area, Samnaun, is within an hours drive.
