Paradise for Golfer: The apartments of the Hotel AGH are located in the heart of the famous Costa del Sol, surrounded by over 50 Golf Courses between Malaga and Sotogrande. Amongst them the well-known Valderrama Golf Club, where 1997 the exiting Ryder Cup took place. In this European Golf Mecca the golfer will find everything his wishes requires. The golf courses reflect the various landscapes of Andalusia, some drawn picturesque into the mountains, others alongside the Mediterranean Sea and some with the inland park character Las Brisas from the world famous course designer Robert Trent Jones. On this course already five Spanish Opens and two World Cups have been played. The Los Flamingos Golf Course is situated closest to the apartments (see the one on virtual tour). On this course the European Senior Tour hosted already twice the last tournament of each season. With the exceptional mild weather of the Andalusia region golf can be played all year around. Evan over Christmas time playing in short sleeve shirts is most usual.
The German Golf professional, Dr. Volker Bernhardt, is not only a successful player but holds also a well known reputation as a great golf teacher up to Asia and South Africa. Volker will try to satisfy all your golfing needs.
We can offer a PRIVATE PICK UP SERVICE FROM THE AIRPORT to the apartment. Price: one way 65 Euros , with return 120 Euros. The normal Taxi fee is one way 90 Euros to the Hotel.
