Grüezi und Willkommen im Ferienhaus Schweiz
Wer kennt nicht den berühmten „Rütli-Schwur“ aus dem Jahre 1291, als sich der lose Staatenbund zu einer geschlossenen Eidgenossenschaft einschwor. Das kleine Alpenland Schweiz liegt im Herzen Europas und ist zwischen den Ländern Italien, Frankreich, Liechtenstein, Österreich und Deutschland angesiedelt. Die Schweiz besticht durch seine landschaftliche Vielfalt, vor allem seiner beeindruckenden Bergwelt, und lockt jedes Jahr eine Vielzahl von Ferienhaus-Urlaubern an. Gleich ob es ihn zum berühmten Rheinfall zu Schaffhausen, den Genfer See oder zum Wintersport-Paradies um das Matterhorn herum zieht. Die Einwohnerzahl der Schweiz beträgt rund 7,5 Millionen, von denen etwa 128 Tsd. Menschen in der Hauptstadt Bern leben. Die höchste geographische Erhebung in der Schweiz ist die Dufourspitze im Monte-Rosa-Gebirgsmassiv mit 4.634 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Daneben gibt es im schweizerischen Alpenland noch weitere hohe Gipfel – genau genommen 74 Viertausender in der Zahl.

Property description: Living room with playing corner. Equipment: TV / radio / CD player, game console PS1 with 6 games, about 30 board games and about 70 children's and young people's books and other children's toys. A children's high chair and plastic dishes (4-set) are available; 2 bedrooms: one for Max. 4 people (double bed and separate double-bunk - all beds 200x90 cm), the second bedroom with a double bed (200x180 cm); open kitchen, 1 bathroom with tub, toilet, etc.; 1 large balcony (23 m2), with marvellous views of the Vorderrheintal -- all rooms have a separate access to the balcony. Laundry room in the house -> Extra Cost!
To the apartment belongs a reserved parking in the underground garage.
House and the surrounding area: Child-friendly holiday residence "Disentiserhof" with parking facilities at most beautiful hillside location, 500 metres from the town centre, a variety of shops, bus stop 20 meters (season activity!), Railway station 500 m.
In the park of the holiday residence there is the Globi castle, which is administered and operated by the local hotel (seasonal children's animated program -> Extra Cost!).
Local information: Altitude 1100 - 3000 m; known, family-friendly resort with complete infrastructure known for the famous benedictiner monastery, 60 km from Chur.
Winter offers: 1 funicolar, 3 chairlifts, 3 lifts, 3 children lifts, 16 ski runs, total length of 60 km, cross-country trails total 75 km, 40 km skitrail, sledge; sports centre with a curling, etc.
Summer Deals: lake on the Rhine, tennis (13 outdoor courts, 13 indoor courts), 9-hole golf course in Sedrun-Selva 17 km, mini-golf, horseback riding, fishing, paragliding, 350 miles of hiking trails, mountain tours, climbing, mountain biking routes, gold panning.
