Urlaub im Süden von Deutschland
Eine der schönsten Urlaubsregionen befindet sich im Süden von Deutschland. Es handelt sich dabei um das landschaftlich und kulturell sehr abwechslungsreiche Allgäu. Das Allgäu steht für eine graziöse Landschaft mit traumhaften Seen, saftiges Auenland, hoch-alpines Gebirge sowie für imposante Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine reiche Kultur. Zu seinen wichtigsten Städte zählen Füssen, Kaufbeuren, Kempten im Allgäu und Oberstdorf, um nur einige von ihnen zu erwähnen. Die höchste geographische Erhebung der Allgäuer Alpen befindet sich in Österreich: es ist der Große Krottenkopf mit etwa 2.657 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Nennenswert ist ferner, dass die zehn höchsten Gipfel der Allgäuer Alpen um den Oberstdorf gelegen sind, so dass Sie in alpiner Höhe ein wahres Gipfelglück erleben können.

House Falkenberg (Dorfstreet 5) in Tiefenbach (village part of Oberstdorf) is quiet and sunny about 200 m from the center Tiefenbach and the bus stop locatet.
The well cared and comfortable house offers a wonderful view on the Allgäuer alps. Of the eastern side on the Rubihorn and the Nebelhorn, in the south on Söllereck and the Mädelegabel, in the west to the Geisberg, Falkenberg and the mountains of the "Kleine Walsertal" and in the north on the Ochsenberg and to the church.
In the building are 60 apartments. In the basement is the swimming pool (10.6 m x 5.6 m; 1.50 m deep) with entrance to the garden and to the tennis court, the sauna, solarium (coins), television room, table tennis room, children's game room, wash/drying room (washing machine and dryer with coins) and bicycle/ski room.
In the entrance hall is a phone-box with recall function and the elevator. Parking is at the house.
The use of the wellness and sport mechanisms after house regulation is free, i.e.:
Swimming pool daily from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm
Sauna Tuesday and Friday of 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm
Tennis court daily from 9.00 to 12.00 am and 3.00 to 8.00 pm
Table tennis daily from 9.00 to 12.00 am and 3.00 to 8.00 pm
The swimming pool is yearly from the 2nd November week up to the 3rd December week closed. Special prices!
