Nowadays the property, which has been renovated with great care, is a pleasant country house just a short distance from the medieval town of Colle Val d’Elsa. Views of the countryside. Peaceful position in the middle of a 4ha property with vineyards and wood groves. Access to the Lepri 5–6–7–9–10 apartments by means of a shared room that is tastefully furnished and has a large fireplace. All the apartments on the ground floor have direct access to the grounds. Comfortably furnished with mostly Tuscan-style elements. Mosquito nets on the windows. Central heating.
Distances: bus stop 200m, Colle Val d’Elsa with all kinds of shops 1km, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf (6 holes) 3km, San Gimignano 11km, Siena 31km, Vagliagli with the ABV headquarters 34km, Florence 57km, the sea (free beaches as well as pay equipped ones) 74km, Rome 262km.
At guests’ disposal: large well-kept garden with swimming pool (7m x 14m, depth 1.50m, open 15/05 – 30/09), outdoor shower (cold water), changing room with WC, barbecue. Reception with telephone service (open from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.), laundry room (€5.00/washload). Parking on premises. Please request when booking and pay on site: baby-bed (€25.00/week with bed linen). Pets accepted upon request only.
Arrivals on Saturdays after 3p.m. - Departures on Saturday by 9 a.m.
