Der Ort liegt zentral im Frankenwald bei Presseck mit seiner historischen Kirche aus dem 14. Jahrhundert. Im Nachbarort zwei historische Schlösser aus dem 15. und 18. Jahrhundert. Haus Hilde ist ein neu renoviertes Bauernhaus in ruhiger Ortsrandlage. Das Haus Hermann ist eine ausgebaute Scheune. Das Haus Hilde verfügt über 3 Ferienwohnungen für 5 bis 10 Personen. Das Haus Hermann hat für 12 Personen Platz. Zu den Häusern gehören eine Terrasse mit Grillplatz und eine Liegewiese, sowie ein hauseigener Spielplatz. Die Wohnungen sind gemütlich im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß. Kinder bis 3 Jahre sind kostenlos.
