| Location description | Naturally sound: 17.000 hectares of Oberstdorf (roughly 75 %) have been declared a nature preserve, wild reserve or national park, of which 12.000 hectares belong to the "Allgäuer Alps" national park, alone. Tiefenbach 900 m: This climatic health resort is one of the oldest in the upper valley of the Iller and looks back upon a long hosting tradition. Peaceful and yet active, with old houses, a modern fitness centre and wild nature. Both the Rohrmoostal and Breitachklamm are a stone's throw away and werde made accessible by some brave inhabitants from Tiefenbach at the beginning of the century.
