Grüezi und Willkommen im Ferienhaus Schweiz

Wer kennt nicht den berühmten „Rütli-Schwur“ aus dem Jahre 1291, als sich der lose Staatenbund zu einer geschlossenen Eidgenossenschaft einschwor. Das kleine Alpenland Schweiz liegt im Herzen Europas und ist zwischen den Ländern Italien, Frankreich, Liechtenstein, Österreich und Deutschland angesiedelt. Die Schweiz besticht durch seine landschaftliche Vielfalt, vor allem seiner beeindruckenden Bergwelt, und lockt jedes Jahr eine Vielzahl von Ferienhaus-Urlaubern an. Gleich ob es ihn zum berühmten Rheinfall zu Schaffhausen, den Genfer See oder zum Wintersport-Paradies um das Matterhorn herum zieht. Hier trifft der Ferienhaus-Urlauber auf die verschiedensten Regionen und lernt die Schweiz von seiner Einzigartigkeit kennen. Majestätische Berge, luxuriöse Uhren, sündhafter Schokoladen-Genuss und die Hochburg der Finanzwelt stehen sinnbildlich für das Land der Eidgenossen.

Die Einwohnerzahl der Schweiz beträgt rund 7,5 Millionen, von denen etwa 128 Tsd. Menschen in der Hauptstadt Bern leben. Die höchste geographische Erhebung in der Schweiz ist die Dufourspitze im Monte-Rosa-Gebirgsmassiv mit 4.634 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Daneben gibt es im schweizerischen Alpenland noch weitere hohe Gipfel – genau genommen 74 Viertausender in der Zahl.

This apartment can only be booked minimum over 4 weeks period during summer time July, August, September. By experience, we recommend to book this apartment latest at the end of March for the upcoming summer period. The booking includes also a security deposit of 1.000,- CHF per week and has to be transferred in advance together with the rental fee. This is an elegantly furnished 3,5-room suite of 103 sqm in a tastefully restored Belle Epoque Castle with noble living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bidet), south balcony, Tennis court, garden and garage. All rooms go to the south and have full lake view. In all rooms you have internet connection over W-Lan (ISDN), in the bigger sleeping room there is also a desk with fax, printer, scanner, copier (multi function console). The Castle is in slope situation overlooking the Lake Geneva and the mountains of France and Switzerland. For executive meetings we are cooperating with several very near neighboured Grandhotels. You live near the city, but very restful. The region around Montreux is famous for its mild temperatures and called 'Swiss Riviera' - you will find palm trees and mediterranean plants in free nature. Manifold culture offers as for instance the world famous Montreux Jazz Festival in July. Sports in every season (golf, ski, sailing, vapour boats, ballon drives, mountain climbing and hiking etc.) and all kind of wellness offers available. The suite is not served, but catering, if required, will be provided by the GrandHotel Montreux Palace***** or other first class hotels in the neighbourhood. The suite is ideal for those guests, who prefer to relax in a private atmosphere apart the normal busy hotel life.
