A comfortable and spacious new apartment spread over two floors in a small-scale building (six apartments) with a large communal garden with a swimming pool and private balcony/terrace. The flat is situated in Ovacik at an altitude of ca. 1,000 m between Fethiye in the north and Olüdeniz in the south. The nearest beaches are 1 km away as are the many restaurants, bars and other amusements. Children can swim safely in the azure-blue, shallow lagune in Olüdeniz while you enjoy various water sports. Kidrak is 2 km from Olüdeniz, it is known as “Paradise Beach” and is situated in a very quiet location especically if you wish to avoid the pressure. You can take a boat trip for example to “Butterfly Valley”, where there are thousands of colourful butterflies to be admired from June to September. You can have a great time walking and hiking over various walking paths with breathtaking views. The mountains behind the apartment are excellent for paragliding. Every day you see the colourful gliders sailing off against the blue sky. Calis is for many people the place to see the sun go down while walking over the 4 km long sand beach. If you have a rented car, you can take various day trips, for example, to the fantastic town of Kas (115 km) where you can swim with dolphins for about 40 euros. In Dalyan, you can take romantic boat trips through narrow waterways and lakes or take in some refreshing mud treatment in one of the mud baths after which you can clean off in the 40-degree warm thermal Sultanye baths. In Seki (45 km), you can even practice winter sports in a brand new ski resort. The south-west of Turkey has something for everyone.
