Wer kennt nicht den berühmten „Rütli-Schwur“ aus dem Jahre 1291, als sich der lose Staatenbund zu einer geschlossenen Eidgenossenschaft einschwor. Das kleine Alpenland Schweiz liegt im Herzen Europas und ist zwischen den Ländern Italien, Frankreich, Liechtenstein, Österreich und Deutschland angesiedelt. Die Schweiz besticht durch seine landschaftliche Vielfalt, vor allem seiner beeindruckenden Bergwelt, und lockt jedes Jahr eine Vielzahl von Ferienhaus-Urlaubern an. Gleich ob es ihn zum berühmten Rheinfall zu Schaffhausen, den Genfer See oder zum Wintersport-Paradies um das Matterhorn herum zieht. A beautiful lake; friendly inhabitants; two authentic, traffic-free village centers; innumerable opportunities for recreation and relaxation; unique arts and cultural experiences – let yourself be enchanted. Today, Sils has 700 inhabitants (plus an additional 500 employees during the summer and winter high seasons) Of a total of 3,000 guest beds, 1,500 are located in 20 traditional hotels and pensions.
