Shop, grocers 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 5 m, underground station "U4 Kettenbrückengasse" 400 m. Nearby attractions: Staatsoper 2 km, Museumsquartier 1 km. The well-known "Naschmarkt" market is only 200 m away, the "Theater an der Wien" theatre only 300 m and the state opera 15 minutes on foot. The owner can obtain opera, concert or theatre tickets on request. The owner also offers historic (music) tours in Vienna: www.wien-musik.at. It is also possible to book a 2 night stay on request! NB: There will be a local surcharge if arrival is outside the times permitted and not advised in advance!
