Property description
Die sehr gut ausgestattete 3 Zimmerwohnung hat 62qm Wohnfläche, mit einen großen Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und einem 2.Schlafzimmer (getrennte Betten). Einbauküche mit Einbauschränken, El.Herd, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine. Wohn- Esszimmer auf dem Wohnzimmerschrank steht ein Fernseher mit Satanschluß. Eine Couch als zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit mit Tisch. Die Essecke besteht aus einem ausziehbaren Tisch und 4 Stühlen. Für die Wohnung im Sommer haben wir Windlüfter, für den Winter eine mobile Gas-Heizung und Klimaanlage diese kostet 4.- Euro pro Tag und ist vor Ort zuzahlen. Im Bad ist eine Badewanne mit Duschgelegenheit, Waschbecken mit Spiegel und Ablagen, Bidet und WC. Auf dem Balkon haben wir 1 Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, Sonnenschirm und Markise. Über die Außentreppe erreichet man die Dachterrasse 50qm mit Tisch, Liegen, von dort aus kann man auch das Meer sehen. Bettbezüge werden gestellt. Nebenkosten kommen extra.
