The apartment consists of 2 rooms (50m2) with a balcony (7m2), on the 5 floor, with an elevator (parquet floor). It faces east and south-east, it is clear, with a nice view on the Bassin de la Villette. There is a living/dining room with a couch and 2 beds, a kitchen (with a kitchen range, refrigerator, mico-waves oven). The bedroom includes 2 single beds and we can accomodate a 5th person with a 3rd single bed. There is a bathroom (with a bath), toilet are apart. The apartment is heated by an electric installation. There is a colour TV and a telephone from where you can receive all calls, but only make local calls in Paris. Sheets and towels are included. Pets are prohibited. Parking is avalaible in the basement of the building. Code and intercom at the entrance of the building.

Location description "Les colonnes Ledoux" appartment building is located in the XIX° arrondissement of Paris. Aroud, you will find all kind of stores, restaurants and cinemas. The building is facing the bassin de la Villette, at the entrance of the canal St-Martin, where walking is just a pleasure. The Buttes Chaumont park is also a nice place to relax, just 500m far. You will find all shops (bakery, delicatessen, grocery store, fruits and vegetables hops) along avenue Secretan. There is a market on each Thursday and Sunday mornng, on a place nearby the apartment. The building is located near the metro station Jaures. From there you can easily get the gare du Nord (French SNCF railways), where trains from/and to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport arrives.
