Private: grounds 300 m2, natural garden, lawn sunning area. Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km. Golf course 25 km, cable car 20 km, ski bus stop 1.3 km, ice rink 2 km. Please note: car essential.
