'Gulf of St. Tropez' Villa w/Pool and wonderful ocean view
As well from the pool as from both terraces you will enjoy the wonderful view over St. Tropez and the gulf of St. Tropez. The combination of sea and provence will make your holidays an unforgettable trip. The azure color of the sea is impressing and it is worth to take a spyglass with you to watch the passing ships.
eqipment
The villa is very well equipped (gas stove, electric oven, microwave, big refrigerator, washing machine but no dish washer). It consists of a big living- and dining room (23,5 m²) with a fireplace and two sleeping rooms. The first sleeping room is equipped with a king size bed (1,60 m) and has its own bathroom (bath tub and bidet). The second sleeping room is equipped with two separate beds (0,90 * 1,90 m).
Currently there is no studio couch in the living room, but there is enough space for two persons, if they bring their own air beds or the like. There is a satellite tv in the living room.
A conventional telephone network is available and can also be used to access the internet. Charging is done on basis of an itemised bill.
The premise belonging to this villa has a size of approximately 1000 m², so it gives you the opportunity for relaxing and sun bathing without any disturbance. There is also enough space to park your car next to the house.
Also included is a swimming pool (7,5 x 4m) which can be used from april to october.
