Wer kennt nicht den berühmten „Rütli-Schwur“ aus dem Jahre 1291, als sich der lose Staatenbund zu einer geschlossenen Eidgenossenschaft einschwor. Das kleine Alpenland Schweiz liegt im Herzen Europas und ist zwischen den Ländern Italien, Frankreich, Liechtenstein, Österreich und Deutschland angesiedelt. Die Schweiz besticht durch seine landschaftliche Vielfalt, vor allem seiner beeindruckenden Bergwelt, und lockt jedes Jahr eine Vielzahl von Ferienhaus-Urlaubern an. Gleich ob es ihn zum berühmten Rheinfall zu Schaffhausen, den Genfer See oder zum Wintersport-Paradies um das Matterhorn herum zieht. Hier trifft der Ferienhaus-Urlauber auf die verschiedensten Regionen und lernt die Schweiz von seiner Einzigartigkeit kennen. Majestätische Berge, luxuriöse Uhren, sündhafter Schokoladen-Genuss und die Hochburg der Finanzwelt stehen sinnbildlich für das Land der Eidgenossen.
Die Einwohnerzahl der Schweiz beträgt rund 7,5 Millionen, von denen etwa 128 Tsd. Menschen in der Hauptstadt Bern leben. Die höchste geographische Erhebung in der Schweiz ist die Dufourspitze im Monte-Rosa-Gebirgsmassiv mit 4.634 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Daneben gibt es im schweizerischen Alpenland noch weitere hohe Gipfel – genau genommen 74 Viertausender in der Zahl.

So you will feel in Kandersteg in the right place as well in Summer as in winter. Several and varied hiking trails and paths lead over passes to dark blue mountain lakes, over alpine meadows to glaciers and very beautiful panoramas. You can climb up with very experienced guides to the peaks and discover an unique and fascinating mountain scenery. Interesting roads in all levels of difficulty are suitable for biking. Kandersteg, well-known as a cross-country skiing area, is famous for its over 50 km circuits. The skiing areas
Oeschinensee and Sunnbüel are suitable for beginners, easy and family skiing. All the holiday homes are located in Kandersteg in a central location.
Room description: The approx. 67 m² large terraced houses (2) are furnished in a Swiss country style and consist of a living/dining room with SAT-TV and an equipped kitchen corner with refrigerator incl. freezer, microwave, dish washer, etc…, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bath incl. shower and toilets. On the first floor two further bedrooms with two single beds each. Shared coin washing machine. For all holiday homes you have the possibility to order a breakfast and dinner on site in an hotel close by.
