Gorgeous country stone house in beautiful skiresort and hikingarea.
400 year old, gorgeous stone house in Hinterstoder - World Cup Skiresort in winter, hinking paradies in Summer. Antique and comfortable furniture, view on the Alps, alone in the landskape, quiet and relaxing. Unique charme and a remarkably good energy.
"Spintriegl" in Hinterstoder is a particularly beautiful house with a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and feeling well. The equipment is very comfortable, the furniture antique and cozy, the kitchen with the cozy sitting corner and the vaulted ceiling being clearly the center of life there. There is an unmistakable charme about the house. It is perfect for children, for families, generous, like a second home, and bad weather does not matter because the inside feels like home. Around the house one sees only mountains, woods, no other house in sight, but the neighbors' house is in walking distance. The location is aside the street that leads up to the ski aerea, and in winter the road is cleared regularly. There are many possibilities for sport and wellness: Skiing (Hinterstoder is a World Cup Skiresort), cross country skiing, sledding on a special slope that begins 3 minutes underneath the house,hiking, walking, swimming, daytrips to lakes, waterfalls etc, mountainbiking and many more. Very good to get to by car. Restaurants, supermarkets, Coffehouse etc. People who like old houses must love it there.
