Innenausstattung: Einbauküche (komplett eingerichtet) mit Herd und Geschirrspüler, Kaminofen, WC mit Dusche, SAT – TV mit Farbfernseher, Radio.
Außenausstattung: 12 qm Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, 6 Stühle, Tisch und Sonnenschirm, Grillmöglichkeit. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem 311 qm großen Grundstück.
Zimmeraufteilung, Anzahl + Art der Zimmer: 2,5 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Flur. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank, 1 Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Kinder (Etagenbett), 1 Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Essecke für 6 Personen.
