The housing estate has a swimming pool of 8 metres long and 4 metres wide; it is composed of four houses, sharing the gardens, with two deckchairs for each house located in Maspalomas (Gran Canaria). It is located to 10' of the beach. Here you can enjoy the best climate of the world in rural surroundings and next to the beach. You can enjoy different activities like routes from mountaink-bike or horse routes since to little 200 meters is a ecuestre center, where you could enjoy in its free time.
