New semi-detached villa in Panormo on the northwest coast of Crete, suitable for 4 persons. Large communal pool.
This semidetached villa is located in a friendly small scale complex in the village of Panormo, near Rethymnos.
The location of the complex is ideal. From the sliding doors you walk right into the enclosed terrace and into the communal pool. The swimming pool consists of three pools placed diagonally above each other of various depths, and a children’s pool about 40 cm deep.
While you enjoy a drink on your terrace, you have a view of the swimming pool and the background of the sea. The apartment furnishings are charming and equipped with all comforts.
The town of Panormo is an up and coming spa town on the Greek island of Crete. Panarmo is more targeted toward young families and people who are looking for a combination of peace and charm. Panarmo has many tavernas, including a fantastic fish tavern with live music once a week, at the port.
The house is located 100 metres from the sea, 800 metres from the beach and 900 metres from the centre of Panarmo. In Panarmo you will find three little bays with beaches, where there is also a taverna.
There is a bus line there, and in 20 minutes you are in the town of Rethymnos and in 45 minutes in Heraklion and the airport.
