Property description
Privately owned holiday house equipped for 10 people is to be rented as from now! The house is 150 m² big and the ground area on which is it build is 550 m². In total, there are three acclimatized rooms, three bathrooms, a completely equipped kitchen with an integrated living room and a swimming pool in the garden. The private beach is just 200 m away from the house. Moreover, the house has a 120 m² terrace with an incredible 360 degree view and a 90 m² corridor in which the hammocks can be hanged in order to enjoy a classical Spanish ‘siesta’. The isle is a duty free area, with a lively business life, restaurants, clubs and other beaches (like Miami). The water has a constant temperature of 25 degrees, the sun shines at least 320 days in the year and the lowest temperature are 20 degrees, whereas the highest is 34 degrees. The island possesses two national parks and zones with classical Spanish colonial buildings. The great road infrastructure permits to reach every corner of the island within 30 minutes. A highlight is the windsurf world championship that is celebrated in Playa El Yaque. Due to its great winds, this beach is special for practicing this discipline. It is possible to visit other caribbean islands as e.g. Cubagua, Trinidad & Tobago, Guadalupe, etc. The airline ‘Condor’, which is a subsidiary of Lufthansa, flies to the international airport and offers a range of cheap flights without stops directly from Frankfurt to Porlamar (the island’s capital city). The house is located half an hour away from the airport, which can be reached either by taxi or by renting a car (which is possible to rent directly at the international airport). In case you don’t want to clean, there is also the possibility of hiring a room maid.
