The former house of the owners, who have built a new house directly next door, this is a super little cottage between the Wörthersee lake and Karawanken mountains. Doors at both the front and back of the house access the herb garden and back garden with its neighbouring orchard. The tasteful interior is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a living room on each floor and a sitting area in the kitchen. There is even a small storage room with a washing machine.
The nearest swimming lake, the Rauschelesee can be reached on foot in 20 minutes down the farm track at the back of the house. One of only 48 houses in this friendly farming community - idyllic!
