Very spacious holiday home with an excellent interior for the discerning guest who wants a stylish basis for a well-deserved holiday. Its location and interior live up to your family's requirements if you feel like spending a holiday in the countryside. It is situated in a small, quiet village, Frankovivi, in Istria. It has a tasteful and traditional Istrian interior combined with modern equipment. The ground floor has a large, modern kitchen, a comfortably furnished living area with a fireplace which ensures a little romance, a bathroom and a bedroom. The first floor has the other bedrooms and a bathroom and also a terrace from which you can enjoy the wonderful views to the surroundings and to the sea 9 km away. The ground floor also has a covered terrace with an open summer kitchen and a grill and direct access to the swimming pool. The village Sveti Lovrec is named after the church (St. Lawrence) which was built in the 8th century and the buildings and the city walls date back to the 9th century. There are also 3 city gates in Sveti Lorec. The small, romantic fishing village Viznjan is not far from the holiday home. Visit the market and buy a few souvenirs to yourself or your friends to remember the wonderful time you spent here.
