Riad Naïla is a traditional Moroccan riad built around a patio with a large roof terrace. It is located in the Medina (old city) of Marrakech in a calm area a fifteen-minute walk away from the famous Jemaa El Fna square.
It was entirely renovated in 2001 with traditional Moroccan construction methods. Examples of Moroccan handicraft such as tadelakt (Moroccan wall painting technique with colours), sculpted plaster and wooden ceilings are displayed in every room. All decoration items (lamps, furniture, mirrors, bedspreads, curtains, etc.) have been crafted by Moroccan artisans, some of them living next door.
Riad Naïla can accommodate 7 persons in four rooms. Each room has a private bathroom.
On the ground floor: Cannelle a single bedroom.
On the first floor: Bougainvillée a double bedroom;
Figuier a double bedroom;
Jasmin a double bedroom.
In addition, a fully equipped kitchen, a Moroccan lounge (salon marocain) and a library are also found on the ground floor. A large roof terrace is found on the top floor.
